Abdul Baaish Ibrahim
Abdul Baaish Ibrahim, a 12-year old, from Malé, Maldives, is a student of the sixth grade and a current member of the prestigious Leaders of Tomorrow programme by Professor Ugail. He has enjoyed researching and writing about the topics such as gunpowder and guns as his history of humanity project. He finds his fascination in engineering, technology, and the study of history. In his spare time, he likes to draw, code, make animations and make videos for his YouTube channel.
Ahmed Ryaan Nishah
Ahmed Ryaan Nishah, born in 2008 in Male’, Maldives, is a student from the 7th grade and a student of Professor Ugail’s Leaders of Tomorrow programme. Ryaan is fascinated by electronics and chemistry. He has enjoyed the topic he was given in the History of Humanity project on the first invention. In his spare time, he likes to experiment a lot on how electronics work with the help of his father. He always looks into how an old electric gadget can be turned into a useful item that can help others. He also likes to do chemistry experiments and see how to make many liquids or objects with the help of chemicals.
Ahmed Shayaan Anwar
Ahmed Shayaan Anwar, 14, is extremely enthusiastic about reading, science and nature, especially marine life. Astronomy and stargazing hold a special place in his heart. However, he does not hesitate to play computer games. He is one of the few students lucky enough to be handpicked by Professor Ugail for his first Leaders of Tomorrow programme of theCircle by Ugail Foundation.
Aisha Binth Asif Mohamed
Aisha is a 13 year old student of the 7th grade and a current member of the Leaders of Tomorrow programme by Professor Ugail. Her hobby is cooking. She is one of the best players in the school basketball, netball and handball teams. Aisha loves reading and writing adventure and mystery books. She also creates beautiful artworks and poems. Her goal is to become a technician and a teacher.
Aishath Manaal Moosa
Aishath Manaal Moosa is a 14 year old student who enjoys reading, improving her writing skills and trying her hand at art in her spare time. She aspires to become a medical doctor when she is older.
Ali Aahil Mausoom
Ali Aahil Mausoom is a 13 year old living in Male’, Maldives. His hobbies include doing coding experiments, reading, writing and playing video games. He is very interested in the human mind and psychology, and he aspires to become a psychiatrist one day
Ali Athfan Amir
Ali Athfan Amir was born in Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital in Male, Maldives. He currently lives in Hulhumale, Maldives and he is one of the select few to attend the Leaders of Tomorrow program led by Professor Hassan Ugail. In his spare time, he likes to play with his circuit kit, read books by authors like Roald Dahl, Kjartan Poskitt, and Nick Arnold, and also do coding projects, and research topics on his own.
Aminath Aala Rasheed
She is from S. Maradhoo, Addu. She loves to read any type of book but her absolute favourite are books of fantasy genre. An interesting fact is her zodiac sign is the Aries! She has been to China to participate in a scholar programme named The World Scholars Cup.
Balqees Hassan Ziyath
She loves to read books and is a participant in the prestigious Leaders of Tomorrow programme of theCircle by Ugail Foundation. She is often reserved but enthusiastic about how the world works. Her dream is to be an interior designer.
Fathimath Hishma Hafeez
Fathimath Hishma Hafeez, born in 2007, is a creative teenager. She is from Addu City, Maldives. Currently, she is enrolled in a prestigious learning programme called “Leaders of Tomorrow” by Professor Ugail. Her hobbies are writing, reading and painting. And she has a special interest in sports. Her top favourite sports are swimming, badminton and netball. Her dream is to become an author and an interior designer
Fathimath Myraz Miraz
Fathimath Myraz Miraz, is a young learner who currently attends Professor Ugail’s prestigious Leaders of Tomorrow programme by Ugail Foundation. She has a wide range of interests. Some of the things that spark her interests are poetry, art and literature, psychology, and space. Her Myers-Briggs Personality Type is INFJ. She enjoys learning new things, including languages, enhancing her drawing and writing skills.
Ibrahim Maadh Sajid
Ibrahim Maadh Sajid was born and currently live in Male', the capital of the Maldives. He is a very good swimmer and practices swimming almost every day. He also loves flying drones and taking pictures. He captures time lapses of the sunset and pictures of unique places
Ismail Zain Zuhoor
Ismail Zain Zuhoor, a 15 year old who loves weightlifting, was a member of the “Leaders of Tomorrow 2021'' programme by Professor Ugail. He has an interest in sports and mathematics and during his spare time, he reads books online and ponders about the purpose of life.
Lylak Ilyas Mohamed
Lylak Ilyas Mohamed is 14 years old, and is a participant in the prestigious Leaders of Tomorrow programme run theCircle by the Ugail Foundation. Lylak enjoys reading supernatural mystery books and also doing art. Currently, she is very interested in psychology, music and learning other languages.
Mikail Imthiyaz
Mikail Imthiyaz, a 13 year old, likes literature and science, has been a member of the prestigious Leaders of Tomorrow programme by Professor Ugail in 2021. He enjoys sharpening his writing skills and attempting his level best at drawing.
Minha Mahjoob Shujau
Minha Mahjoob was born in the Maldives. She is a table tennis player and is on the national squad. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and reviewing books (the reviews can be found on her Instagram page called Foi_ha). She typically feels drawn towards dystopian and fantasy novels. Some of her goals include getting into a good college such as the University of Oxford and publishing her own book.
Mohamed Aryn Arif
Mohamed Aryn Arif enjoys being with family, friends and likes to play and watch football. His favorite book is The Diary Of A Wimpy Kid: Old School and his favorite author is J.K Rowling. Aryn has won many awards academically and also in association with sports. He has 2 pet birds whom he loves greatly!
Mohamed Ash'Al Ali
I'm interested in robotics, mainly EV3 ones. I like animals, especially cats :3. I use my computer often, and I would like to make my own customized computer later on, after I can afford it. I have been in the Asia Pacific Youth Robotics Competition (APYRC), and I got around 4th-6th place. I'm aiming for 1st place in the coming years. At home, I like to read books, play basketball and handball, and write my own small stories

Mohamed Dhayyan Zahid is a 14 year old from the southernmost atoll of the Maldives, currently studying in the 8th grade at Jamaluddin School, Male’, the Maldives. He participated in theCircle Coding and Critical Thinking programme by the Ugail Foundation in June 2020, and had been part of the Leaders of Tomorrow programme by Professor Ugail in the year 2021. Meekail was born in 2007 in Male’, Maldives and is about to graduate into grade 8. Currently, he lives in Male’ with his family and he likes surfing, playing Minecraft and tennis. He likes to procrastinate (at times!) and watches memes in his free time.
Mohamed Zeek Shiham
Mohamed Zeek Shiham is a member of the Leaders of Tomorrow programme organized by Professor Hassan Ugail, a Maldivian scientist. He enjoyed writing this article and learned many new things about the Roman Empire. From discovering the Barbarian tribes to the gory Roman battles and wars, Zeek had pleasure in every minute of writing this piece. Apart from factual writing Zeek also enjoys hearing hilarious jokes, reading stories and watching intense horror movies. He aspires to be an aircraft engineer and work in the research and development of biomedical engineering.
